At Blue Horizon Solution, we are committed to delivering high-quality web development and logo design services.

All payments made for our services are non-refundable once the project has been initiated or completed.

However, if for any reason we fail to deliver the agreed service, you may be eligible for a refund. In such cases:

• Refund requests must be submitted via email at info@bluehorizonsolution.site

• Requests must be made within 14 days of the original payment

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if the service has already been delivered as agreed.
